Mendoza is a mentor not just a coach

Adrian Mendoza, Assembly Supervisor for Continental Cabinets, Inc., has been coaching a boy's youth soccer team since 2003. The team of 16 boys is sponsored by Continental Cabinets for their uniforms and league fees. Since 2005, the team has finished first in either their league or tournament play. They most recently won 3rd place in the competitive 2009 Plano Premier league and took 1st place in a 3v3 tournament in June of 2009.
Adrian began coaching the team as a way to keep some boys busy in the hopes they would stay out of trouble. Adrian's commitment to the team has grown each year. Not only does he coach this winning team, he also picks up the boys and drives them to games and practices. When the need became greater, he even purchased a van to ensure that everyone would have transportation.
Continental Cabinets, Inc. is proud to sponsor the Manchester F.C. team and even prouder of the care and commitment that Adrian shows as a volunteer and leader in the community.
